When the BM changes, the pest history stays.
Pest and termite work at state schools is managed by the school itself. One folder per campus holds every report, safety data sheet and activity risk management plan, for WHS, your chemical register and facilities records.

Plain facts, no scare tactics.
- That we're a "Department-approved" pest controller. Check panel arrangements with QBuild or your region.
- That schools must send parent notification letters. Not required in Queensland. The template is there if you want it.
- That annual termite inspections are required by law. Regular inspection is industry practice and an AS 3660.2 recommendation.
- That school staff can treat with our products. State school officers are prohibited from using pesticides.
School questions
Can we keep one folder per campus, split by block?
Yes. Reports, termite inspections and station checks are filed by site, and by block within the site.
We're a Catholic or independent school. Does this apply?
The pest controller's paperwork duties and the sensitive-place rules apply to every school. The state-school procedures may not, so we follow your own facilities process.
Do contractors need to sign in?
Most schools require it. Confirm your current access rules with us and we'll follow them on every visit.
Can our current contractor use the portal?
Yes, through a private, upload-only link to your folder.
What does it cost?
The kit is free. Portal and servicing plans: [PRICE].
