Why centres use it.
Service reports, post-treatment advice, licence and sensitive-place endorsement, the activity risk management plan and SDS: one PDF.
Your centre is legally a "sensitive place" for pest control. When we service it, we work to a written activity risk management plan with an endorsed technician, and you get a copy of the plan.
A new centre director or nominated supervisor finds the last service report in seconds, not in someone's inbox.
For centres that cook for 6 or more children: your food safety program audit will look at pest control in the kitchen. The records are already there.
Everything in one folder, ready when you need it.
What you get, and why it helps your centre.
- Every service report, in one placeFind any visit in seconds.

- The written treatment planShows the work was planned with children in mind.

Plain facts, no scare tactics.
- "The regulator requires a pest control certificate." It isn't prescribed. Regulation 103 and element 3.1.2 expect safe, well-maintained premises, and your service reports are your evidence.
- "You must notify parents before treatment." Not in Queensland.
- "This pack guarantees you'll meet the NQS." Ratings cover far more than premises.
- "Child-safe chemicals." We tell you what the product is and its re-entry time instead.
Childcare questions
What's in the visit-ready pack?
Service reports, pre- and post-treatment advice, the treatment records, your technician's licence and sensitive-place endorsement, the activity risk management plan, safety data sheets and your sighting log, in one dated PDF.
Do we have to tell parents before a treatment?
Queensland law doesn't require it. Many centres choose to, so the kit includes an optional parent notice template with your logo.
Our pest controller isn't you. Does this still work?
Yes. They upload reports through a private, upload-only link, and everything lands in your centre's folder.
Can educators use the QR signs?
Anyone can. They scan with the phone camera, tap what they saw, and it goes to your log and your pest controller. No app or login.
What does it cost?
The kit is free. Portal and servicing plans: [PRICE].
